We run non-military, outdoor fitness programs for small groups of men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels with brilliant fitness instructors who will get the very best out of you.
Our aim: to get people out of the gym and into the fresh air to exercise, get fit, and have fun with other like-minded people!
We'll show you that exercise really isn't the chore that most people think it is!
We run a range of camps to suit all timetables: morning, evening and weekends. See our list of camp locations for more details.
Small Groups: we only take 15 people per camp to keep our groups close knit and encourage a bit of bonding! We know that the psychology of motivating people to exercise is as important as the exercise itself - in most cases if you don't enjoy something, you won't do it!
Nutritional Advice and Support: to accompany boot camp you will receive your very own nutrition manual, prepared by our resident nutritionist, Alison Duker, of Eat Better Now. Containing advice, diet plans and recipes, this is everything you'll need to get the very most out of boot camp.
No! Sessions are structured to suit all capabilities and fitness levels. Members are motivated by their trainer and each other to do their best so that they can achieve their full potential. All sessions are designed so that you enjoy yourself but challenge yourself physically in a way you never thought possible.
