"Boot Camp was excellent . Initially I was concerned that it would be mile long runs and hundreds of press ups but it wasn't and exercising outside , even in the odd snow flurry feels so much better than being in a gym .

He motivates and encourages the whole group which at 7.45am on a very cold morning wasn't always easy !! The exercises are varied and the pace changes constantly.
